•All tickets sold on this website are for events organized by Furflr Pte Ltd and its partners.
2. Ticket Purchases
•All ticket prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST (if applicable).
•Ticket availability is subject to change without notice.
•Tickets are only confirmed upon successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email.
3. Delivery of Tickets
•Upon successful checkout, your tickets will be delivered digitally via email to the address you provided.
•Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered tickets due to incorrect email input.
4. Refund & Exchange Policy
•All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled.
•If an event is cancelled, you will be notified via email and offered a refund or alternative arrangement.
•No-shows or change-of-mind are not eligible for refunds.
5. Event Entry
•You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) to enter the event.
•The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with event rules, safety protocols, or venue regulations.
6. Changes to Events
•Event schedules, programming, and guest appearances are subject to change without notice.
•In case of force majeure (e.g., COVID restrictions, weather events, etc.), we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event without liability.

8. Account & Security
